As a Business Owner I scaled and built a business making in excess of $30,285 per month. In my last 3 years in business I seen 1.5-2X growth year over year. I structured this business to have 2 working Operation Managers and a 12 member cleaning staff.
While in Franchisee Development in Knoxville, TN I handled over 200 account, 25 Franchise Owners and $185,487 per month in revenue. During my most recent Franchisee Development I assisted in significant growth of the Western NC region. In my time we increased from 14 to 25 independent Franchise Owners. We also increased from 59 monthly accounts with $38,621 in monthly billing to over 166 monthly accounts with over $149,186 monthly billing. During the COVID-19 pandemic while other Master Franchises within this organization were losing as much as 50% of their revenue I kept my region of business at less than 1% loss rate and $0 decreases in billing through strategic cross selling to existing customers who stayed open. During this time the profit margin in my region was increased from $0 to over $11,499 per month by systematizing and proper structuring.
